Beauty professional, Lisa Butera's has a personal philosophy - great make-up begins with great skin. Whether you prefer the natural look, are a classic beauty or trendy and chic, Lisa will personalize a “look” just for you.

Lisa has been in the make-up industry since 1998.  She is an esthetics instructor at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics located in Woburn, Massachusetts where she teaches both entry-level and advanced make-up courses as well as the 600 advanced esthetics curriculum.  In addition to teaching, she also provides make-up consulting and make-up sales services for the Institute’s sister company, Catherine Hinds Company, Inc.

Lisa has earned numerous certifications from renowned make-up artist David Nicholas of David Nicholas International.  She is also a graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.  Her freelance experience includes commercial work, weddings, fashion shows and make-up demonstrations; she is also a former color consultant with Sephora and is a DNI Pro.

Lisa holds a business degree from Hesser College and furthers her education by taking courses offered by the industry’s finest make-up artists and skin care professionals.
